Gallura Italian draws inspiration from the Island of Sardinia and the Italian coastline where respect for local produce has evolved into distinct culinary traditions.

Head chef Mike Dackiw places great emphasis on fresh local seafood, hand made pasta and innovative Sardinian methods, with quality produce sourced from both our shores and theirs.

Co-owners Maki and Mike have over 40 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, having owned and managed successful restaurants in Italy, Sydney & Northen Rivers.

Crafting a welcoming seaside setting, Gallura Italian brings the flavours of this Italian coastal region to our own coast in Tweed Heads.
